My Typical Home Test

I usually perform this simple home test, which may or may not be accurate. Please always talk to your medical professional about your test for your symptoms. This information is for general educational purposes and should not be used as a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment of any health condition or problem.
1. HCL test-baking soda test - drink half a glass of cold water with a quarter teaspoon of baking soda on an empty stomach. Check time how long it takes to burp. If it takes more than three to five minutes, the assumption goes, you may need more stomach acid.
2. Zinc test- Swirl two teaspoons of zinc solution in a mouth for 30 seconds before swallowing or spitting it out. The body may require it more if it tastes sweet or similar to water.
3. Bowel transit time-The time it takes for food to pass through the digestive tract. Swallow four charcoal capsules at the evening meal. Record the date and time that the capsules were swallowed. Wait, how fast has it come out?
4. Adrenal test- hold breath for 40 seconds; if held for 10-15 mins, the adrenal may not function properly. How fast you recover from exercise. Take pulse rate before and after exercise. It is higher if it does not come down; the adrenal may not function properly.
5. Bile test- How fast the beets come out from poop will tell you whether you're in the appropriate 12-24 hour range. If you see those beets in less than 12 hours, you may only absorb some of the nutrients from food. You eat quickly enough and do not chew your food correctly, which may result in food particles in your feces. Or may use too many stimulants in regular life, such as coffee.
