1)   What is the first step for me to work with you?

First, press the “Get Started” button, fill out the form, and send it to me. I will then email you to set a time for the counselling.

2)  How exactly can the MenoNutriSolutions help me?

My approach to nutrition counselling is unique. It targets the underlying root causes of a nutrition problem and provides evidence-based solutions to give my clients the tools, tips, and knowledge for long-term success.

3) Does my insurance cover Holistic Nutrition Services?

Your insurance coverage for nutrition services depends on the type of plan you have with your employer. We recommend checking with your insurance provider to see if you have nutrition counselling/ coaching coverage. Also, check if you have a health spending/flex account. Nutrition services are charged directly to the client as we cannot directly bill insurance companies. A detailed receipt will be provided that you can submit to your insurance provider.

4) Which insurance companies typically provide nutrition counselling coverage?

Equitable Life, Manulife, iA Financial Group, GreenShield Canada, ClaimSecure Inc., Great-West Life, Blue Cross Alberta, League, Industrielle Alliance—Assurance et Services Financiers Inc., Canada Life, and Sunlife. Some insurance providers offer a Health/Flex Spending Account.

5)  What is your cancellation policy for packages?

When you register, you should be 100% in. There is no refund. I require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for all changes to any appointment. Your appointment is reserved exclusively for you. Unfortunately, the time will not be made up if you are late for your work, and the fee will remain the same.

7)  Why do you offer packaged sessions?

The packaged sessions ensure that you reach your goals. During follow-up sessions, you can ask questions and receive tips and feedback. You can also modify the meal plan, address accompanying symptoms, and more. A multi-session package brings better value than paying for sessions individually.

8)   How long will it take for me to see results? What is the success rate?

This depends on your goal and how well you follow the counsel you receive. The speed and success rate differ from person to person. Anyone who follows my approach and recommendations notices positive changes soon after.
