I am a Certified Holistic Nutritional Consultant who graduated from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition—a member of the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition Alumni Association, Canadian Association of Natural Nutritional Practitioners and Women's Multicultural Resource and Counselling Centre. I have completed an MSc in Food and Nutrition from Bangladesh. Since a young age, I have been fueled by a passion for nutrition and my free time has been dedicated to reading and learning more about it. I have had the opportunity to work with women from various backgrounds. I constantly research, read, or attend workshops and webinars in my spare time to stay current on the latest studies. I am passionate about food and helping others achieve a healthy lifestyle and well-being through a healthy, well-balanced diet.
I am a mom of two and have struggled with several health issues like digestive, migraine and joint pain throughout my lifetime. Various factors influence these symptoms, stemming from a root cause imbalance, including poor dietary habits, leaky gut, inflammation, chronic stress, chlorinated water, and environmental toxicity. During a period, I experimented with calorie restriction and elimination diets as a way to lose weight. However, none of these methods succeeded, and my body began communicating. This experience motivated me to deepen my understanding of nutrition, and I obtained a degree in the field. With this knowledge, I could make informed food choices and achieve a healthy weight. I also discovered a holistic approach to managing my symptoms, which includes proper nutrition, exercise, supplements, and lifestyle changes. Additionally, I learned about the energy centers in our body, known as chakras, which correspond to various internal organs and nerve bundles. If these energy centers become blocked, we may experience emotional or physical symptoms related to a particular chakra.
I've looked at various dietary and lifestyle regimens to manage peri/menopausal symptoms for the past few years. I have completed intensive holistic training on Balancing Women's Hormones. In addition to the helpful advice I've gotten, I've also learned from the unhelpful advice. I assist women in finding solutions to their issues and in gaining confidence in their bodies and with food so they can finally live life to the fullest. I am interested in how gut health is connected to various medical disorders and how a few dietary changes may significantly impact our health.
I'm here to tell you there are solutions to why you're feeling the way you do. Perhaps your health issues are similar to mine. I've found the answers you're looking for and can help and educate you on returning to feeling your best.
Motivation comes from within, and I'm here to help you activate it.

“I was malnourished and underweight, which led me to insecurities. I was overwhelmed and didn’t know what to do to gain weight. If I try something, I have always failed regarding weight gain. Then I met Bushra and learned to understand food, how to eat in different ways and how my body will work with this food. She encouraged me to eat healthy and maintain a healthy lifestyle. Through Bushra’s program, I exercised, ate healthy nutritional foods, slept properly, and drank water. I am pleased to say that I have gained weight and continue to achieve my goal. I have learned so many things from her, and it’s my pleasure to work with her”.
