1:1 Nutrition Counselling

  1.  Who has questions about symptoms/health issues, inquiries regarding supplements to support your health or is unsure how much nutrition counselling is needed?

  2. For a specific health query or concern needing short-term support that lasts an hour.

    What you will get- Before our first meeting, I will send you a questionnaire via email. This will help me understand your goals, dietary and exercise habits, supplement use, symptoms of health imbalances, food intolerances and allergies, blood sugar fluctuations, and any other factors that may cause inflammation. Based on your responses, I recommend nutrient-dense whole foods, natural supplements, and lifestyle changes to help restore your health and achieve balance. I will also help you read food labels, advise you on shopping for healthy foods, and offer any other relevant information. Additionally, you can schedule as many follow-up consultations as necessary.

Six weeks- 1:1 Nutrition Solution(3 sessions)

This will help me understand your goals, dietary and exercise habits, supplement use, symptoms of health imbalances, food intolerances and allergies, blood sugar fluctuations, and any other factors that may cause inflammation.

  • Session 1 will last for 1 hour. We'll review and analyze the questionnaire to identify the root cause of symptoms and provide evidence-based guidance for better nutrition and addressing your health issues. I will work with you to establish your goals for a better outcome. 

  • Session 2 for 45 minutes. Develop personalized nutritional protocols and meal plans tailored to individual health goals. I recommend nutrient-dense whole foods, natural supplements, and lifestyle changes to help restore your health and achieve balance. I will also help you read food labels, advise you on shopping for healthy foods and offer any other relevant information.

  •  Final session: This is a 30-minute follow-up after session 2. This appointment allows adequate time to explore questions that need to be clarified.

  • A customized three-day nutrition plan based on individual nutritional needs, food preferences, culture/ethnic background, and medical condition will be delivered a few days after the follow-up session. 

  • Booking a follow-up session is required if you have questions about the meal plan or want to discuss its content after receiving it.

  • Weekly check-ins (1 per week over three weeks via email)

  • BONUS: Ongoing email support to answer your questions between sessions(during business hours).
